Purva Weaves is a gated community residential apartment project being built on 4 acres of land. It is located in the posh locales of Yemalur and offers apartments at the most affordable price. The payment schedule of the project will also include GST, stamp duty and registration charges. These charges will taken along with the booking and installment amounts. The government fixes the GST rate, and it has to be paid based on that. Other than that, the buyers also have to pay advance maintenance and car parking fees.

  1. The buyer has to pay 10% of the cost of the property at the time of booking an apartment.
  2. When the apartment/flat construction begins, the buyer has to pay an additional 10% of the price.
  3. Upon completion up to the level of the plinth, 15% of the value is to be paid.
  4. The buyer has to pay 2% to 5% in every construction completion step.
  5. After plastering, painting, and plumbing, 5% will be paid.
  6. The remaining 5% of the price will be paid upon possession of the house.
